What do we offer?

What can you expect?

• You act as EU OE window for all quality related topics, to OEM and within our company (globally)
• You become an Expert for EU OE quality processes and procedures
• You manage quality issues, OEM audits, OEM procedure changes
• You prepare and manage database for OEM procedures and processes, as well as KPIs (e. g. PPM).
• You are responsible for regular internal reporting at various levels (frequency TBD)
• You report to OEMs or related companies specific to quality claims and other QA related matter.
• You coordinate OE production start-ups (ISIR, PPAP, BEON, etc.)
• You bring in ideas to improve in quality related areas, based on experience, OEM requirements or recommendations
• You care for relationship with OEMs relevant QA responsible people and depts
• You have a close team collaboration with all relevant depts

What should you bring along?

• You already gained at least 5 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance, ideally with OE QA matter
• You are fluent in German and English (French, Italian, Spanish, Korean, Czech is a plus)
• You score IT skills on a high level, particularly to work in OEM portals and MS Office Excel, ideally OEMs portals
• You show a structured and organized working way
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You are stress resistant and available to regular travel, mainly in Germany and Europe
