Job Overview 

We are recruiting a full-time/ part time female assistant to be based in Larnaka, Cyprus.  

 The role involves personal assistance for a visually impaired executive director.   

There will be extensive international travel to accompany the Director on business meetings. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing the operations of the administration and HR. 

  •  Coordinate social activities 

  • Assist with packing/coordinating luggage, coordinating check in and transportation to and from the airport, and guiding through security checkpoint if needed 

  • Process deliveries and returns of various purchases 

  • Perform various research both online and via phone, make bookings and arrange visits 

  • Accompany to various establishments (restaurants, shops etc) 

  • Prepare minutes of meeting of what is discussed in meetings.  

Requirements: 

  • Fluent in English 

  • Holder of a valid passport 

  • Holder of a valid driving licence  

  • Computer literacy (using a pc/Mac, calendar, zoom etc) 

  • Attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed correctly 

  • Good interpersonal skills and positive demeanour 

  • Exercise discretion and professionalism 

  • Willingness to take direction via various forms (in-person, via text, phone) 

  • Enthusiastic, energetic personality and can-do attitude 

  • Working under pressure and be effective 

  • Working in a fast-paced and be helpful.
