French speaking Customer Support Representative

Our iGaming client is looking to expand its Customer Service team and currently has openings for

French speaking Customer Support Representatives.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·       Respond to players via live chat & emails

·       Document and delegate in-game bugs and other issues

·       Troubleshoot new issues directly with our players

·       Interact with various departments (VIP, marketing…) to improve gameplay for players

·       Extra tasks upon request (call campaigns, translations…)

·       Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

 

Requirements:

 

·       Online customer service background

·       Passion for Customer Service

·       Solid writing and communication skills (in French & English)

·       Excellent problem-solving abilities

·       Strong understanding of gaming

·       Available to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends)
