We have a great opportunity for a Finance & Planning Manager to lead, define, develop and implement the local finance strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with GTM Managers and different global teams.

As Head of Finance & Planning, you will be in charge of bringing leadership and excellence to the following functions: Finance (reporting, forecasting and tax filings), PX services (HR admin/labor), Office management and Business Analytics, while meeting Group standards in a company heading to IPO.

Responsibilities:

Lead, define, develop and implement the local finance strategy
Own the full budgeting process, including modelling forecasts and building business cases to support management decisions
Be the face and brain of the company when it comes to any financial topics
Own financial, tax & labor operations in Spain, including vindication & Office Management
Manage and control costs and cash position of the company
Ensure all tax obligations, risks & requirements are under control, specially Transfer Pricing & VAT
Lead, develop and if needed, grow a team of A-players - c. 6 people.

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience within Finance, FP&A and/or Controlling experience in Transaction Services, Valuations or Audit in a Big Four as a career start
Proven deep FP&A experience being the main owner of Budgeting and building models to support it
Deep expertise in Excel modelling and ideally some BI exposure
Familiar with all F&A functional areas, including reporting, controlling, accounting, tax, labour etc.
Knowledge of labour matters - experience and judgment to lead critical areas
Native Spanish and advanced English level

Nice to have:

Experience in start-up/tech environment in a SaaS company
Some SǪL / BI hands-on knowledge
