CTTX Health is currently seeking experienced and dedicated IMCU (Intermediate Care Unit) Registered Nurses for travel assignments. As an IMCU RN, you will play a vital role in the care of patients who require intermediate-level nursing care, combining elements of both intensive care and general medical-surgical nursing. This is a travel position, providing the opportunity to work in different healthcare settings while delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs and laboratory results
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Manage and monitor patients on telemetry
Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care conferences
Stay updated on current trends, developments, and best practices in IMCU nursing
