Seasonal Part-Time Pool Servers

Job Description
To be of service to our guests.  Sell, deliver and account for products in the Pool Bar in a manner consistent with the Fairmont standards
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Anticipate guest expectations
Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Take food and beverage orders and deliver the correct order in a  timely manner
Turn in correct Micros paperwork with minimal errors
Up-sell food and beverage items as well as sundry items related to the pool
To be accountable for guest service and follow through
Assist and support the other team members
Maintain cleanliness of pool bar area
Control cost and waste in the work area
Perform other duties and/or fill in at other positions
