The carpenter will be responsible for working on various residential properties, providing quality repairs and constructions to ensure a safe and livable environment for residents and homeowners. Responsibilities
Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, using hand tools and power tools
Measure and cut materials to the required specifications
Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
Ensure high-quality finishes and accuracy in construction
Follow safety procedures and regulations
Communicate effectively with property owners and team members to ensure smooth project completions
Requirements
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in carpentry
Proficiency in using hand and power tools
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Valid driver's license is required.
