Snap-Tite Hose, a renowned manufacturer of top-quality fire, agricultural, and industrial hoses, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Key Account Marketing Manager at Snap-Tite Hose, you will play a vital role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key target channels, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Take charge of developing integrated marketing campaigns that target specific demographics, psychographics, and behavioral characteristics across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional mail.
Collaborate closely with creative teams, content creators, and external agencies to ensure the timely and effective delivery of marketing assets.
Monitor the performance and metrics of campaigns, making necessary optimizations to maximize return on investment.
Identify the addressable market and develop tactics, while providing valuable input and recommendations to engineering on new product design to gain a larger market share.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing roles focusing on strategy development and execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Analytics Professional Certification
Competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing platforms including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM platforms, and email marketing software.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all departments.
Proven experience in marketing management, with a track record of successfully developing and executing campaigns.
