Club Host

is a club for work (a work club!) with clubhouses in Fort Lauderdale's most exciting neighborhoods. We are a member only club that provides coworking, food and bev, events, and offices built for getting work done and collaborating with others. We serve a community of founders and creatives that rely on our clubhouses for a great day of work.
Who We Are Looking For
Our Club Host is responsible for the day-to-day operations of General Provision’s cafe, workspace, event venues, and delivering on our unique vision of hospitality. This person must possess front of house presentation skills and be excited about hospitality, community, coffee, and keeping beautiful spaces in ship-shape order. Our clubhouses have a private cafe, and behind this bar is where our Club Host starts their day.
Responsibilities:
Front of House: Member and Guest First Impression
Hospitality: Provide amazing service in cafe orders, beverage and food offerings.
Charge and Invoice for orders and purchases from customers
Processes member mail
Customer Service for day-to-day member needs.
Usher guests to meeting rooms and amenities.
Keep the clubhouse clean: start of day, throughout the day, and closing procedures.
Set the vibe: sets playlist, adjusts volume, makes sure temperature is appropriate for a positive experience.
Keep back-of-house areas tight and tidy.
Run Inventory: stock checks and inputs
Feedback: Be our eyes and ears onsite; delivering feedback to team on how the space is being used and what needs to be improved.
Requirements
Can lift up to 50 lbs
Can stand on feet for up to 85% of shift
Can perform cleaning duties
Fulfill Food and Beverage Orders Daily (Barista experience a plus, but not required. We will train!)
Can operate a point-of-sale system
Run daily Standard Operating Procedures
Comfort with typing written communication in tools like Slack and Word
Has exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Has a passion to serve others

$15/hr wage plus tips
Paid Vacation and Health Benefits after 90 days (full-time only)
