Pereview Software is seeking a strategic and versatile Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support the CEO in driving the company's vision and priorities forward. As the EA/Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day needs of the office and providing support to the CEO as needed. This is an individual contributor role based in Dallas, Texas, offering the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team and helping make a significant impact on the organization.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a the right-hand to the CEO, providing strategic guidance, support, and execution on key initiatives and projects.
Plan and execute company events, offsites, and leadership meetings, including logistics, agenda planning, and coordination with external vendors.
Coordinate executive communications and meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution on strategic priorities, initiatives, and operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Handle employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Lead employee engagement programs to enhance culture and job satisfaction.
Employee Engagement Initiatives: Support and drive employee engagement activities, ranging from social events to communicating new updates with employees.
Assist with Benefits Administration: Administer comprehensive benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and 401k plans. Oversee leave administration, including STD, LTD, and FMLA.
Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.
Provide dedicated and effective support to employees as an HR business partner to employees covering leave of absences, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, benefits and pay questions, and supporting employee-relations matters.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field, coupled with over 5 years of progressive HR experience.
Experience working in SaaS environments or high-growth technology companies is ideal.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and resourceful problem-solver, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
