Who You Are:
You are meticulous, dynamic, proficient, and deliver quality client and settlement outcomes
You are plaintiff-centric and will fight for your clients. You provide legal representation to clients who have suffered injuries due to the negligence or misconduct of others
You have 1-2 years of plaintiff advocacy experience, preferably in the personal injury practice
You work collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
You possess compelling writing and organizational skills and effectively balance multiple priorities and caseloads
You possess a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school and a Georgia State Bar license
What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough evaluations of personal injury cases, including reviewing medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents
Meet with clients to gather necessary information and assess the strength of their claims
Interview clients, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to investigate and retrieve information to build a robust case
Draft demand letters, motions, discovery, and preparing pleadings
Resolve pre-litigation issues, including coverage and liability
