In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional service through expert blood draws, invigorating IV hydration treatments, and cutting-edge hair therapies including Microneedling and PRP. Position duties at a glance:
Perform blood draws and administer IV hydration therapy
Conduct assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient care
Provide therapies such as Microneedling and PRP
Educate patients on the treatment process and aftercare instructions
Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
Requirements
Valid LPN License:
Must hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of employment.
Clinical Experience:
Proficiency in performing blood draws with high precision.
Experienced in administering IV hydration therapy.
Skilled in providing specialized hair therapies such as Microneedling and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments.
Patient Care:
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional care and customer service to patients and clients.
Capable of conducting patient assessments to customize care plans effectively.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of medical software for updating patient records and scheduling appointments.
Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of medical equipment relevant to outpatient cosmetic therapies.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, team members, and other healthcare professionals.
Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail and precision, crucial for both medical procedures and documentation.
Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, boutique environment where personalized care is prioritized.
Teamwork:
Must be a collaborative team player who can also work independently when required.
