Green Door is seeking a highly motivated Nurse in Oahu, Hawaii to join our team.
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a Post Acute Care. Our ideal candidate is a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to each of our geriatrics patients while ensuring their safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
Providing patient care in a Post-Acute Care
Delivering medication to patients and monitoring their response to treatment
Assessing patients' medical conditions and communicating this information to other healthcare professionals
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans for patients
Monitoring vital signs and helping patients manage pain and discomfort
Assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
Liaising with patients' family members to ensure they are educated about proper care and treatment protocols
Requirements
Valid US Registered Nurse
Valid Visa Screen Certicate
Visa holder of F1 and TNs are open to apply
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical ethics
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
