Project Engineer - Transportation - Austin

Attends design meetings and interacts with clients at his or her level of experience and work with client managers to develop client relationships.
Direct responsibility for projects, and leading a team in the development of schematics, plans, and specifications for transportation projects.
Perform work involving the application of conventional aspects of roadway design.
Builds and maintains relationships with others on the project teams: works collaboratively to ensure that technical, quality and client requirements are implemented on projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering or science field.
5+ years design engineering experience working on municipal infrastructure projects, and/or county and state roadway projects.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Texas.
Valid TX driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Microstation/OpenRoads Designer a plus.
