Job Description
(70%) Event Planning
Manage and advance supplier relationships through contract negotiations, RFP’s and SLA’s
Source city locations, venues, arrangements and other event elements (theming/look/feel, registration, food, beverage, technology needs, promotional materials, etc.) for all meetings and room blocks over 10 attendees ensuring detailed logistical requirements are met through defined checklists
Oversee all aspects of the corporate and regional trade show event program including but not limited to event schedules, budgets, contracts, show services, shipping, and onsite management at our larger events
Partner cross functionally to ensure processes are applied globally to develop and execute successful meetings and programs, communicating with internal stakeholders on all event/meeting elements, inclusive of the Graphics and Communications teams
Serve as the liaison between Team Members and our Meeting Management Company
Manage and administer the Meeting system ensuring cohesive experience for all stakeholders
Planning logistics of Domino’s bi-annual Rally and Regionals, including partner sponsorships, special events, audio visual needs, etc.
 
(30%) Team Member Engagement Events
Communicates with meeting & event planners across the company to create, maintain and correlate both internal and external meeting data on to shareable calendars 
 Lead logistics for small and medium sized company sponsored events, included but not limited to Town Halls, TAD, Reppy’s, vacation celebrations, and special recognition events (VP announcements, recognitions, feel good/morale building and CEO Office celebrations.)
Responsible for analyzing and recognizing spending trends and communicating data to impacted parties to strategically align meetings where possible, creating a higher return on overall investment
Assists cross-functional teams to ensure excellent pre-event communications, event execution, and post-event follow-up, reporting, and related activities
Communicates with Facility, Security, and IT teams to provide overview of weekly WRC events, including other departments when necessary
 Maintains and manages inventory of event materials
Assists in preparation of all documents for upcoming events, including reference binders, nametags, printed materials & signage, and attendee lists
Leads the coordination and execution of WRC spontaneous events
Assist ERG’s in developing and executing networking events & opportunities
Assists Team Leader with organization and structure of major WRC internal events, including set-up, tear-down and
