Project Architect

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our client's team. As a Project Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from start to finish, collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to create innovative and functional designs. Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, requirements, and constraints.
Create architectural designs and drawings using CAD and other design software.
Develop and present design proposals to clients.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
Prepare and review construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Manage project timelines and budgets.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Registered Architect and in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent design and visualization skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience working on commercial and residential projects is preferred.
LEED certification is a plus.
