Top Gun Staffing Group LLC has partnered with the leading provider of outsourced business development and sales services in search of a dynamic Business Development Rep to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis! The ideal candidate will focus on customer acquisition and lead generation, with responsibilities including cold calling, lead qualification, and delivering engaging presentations. The successful candidate must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Responsibilities include:
Cold calling up to 120 potential clients each day
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
Actively participating in sales training and mentoring sessions
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Maintaining a complete and accurate database of prospective client information and all activities.
The ideal candidate will be available to work during normal business hours, open to coaching and feedback, and able to produce at or above assigned productivity targets.

Salary: $33,280 - $46,400/year ($16-$20/hour base) + commission
