The Service Management Workflow Analyst (ITSM) is a business analyst who will work with a team to design and perform complex analysis contributing to the selection and implementation of IT service process automation. You will implement computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions. Administer systems configurations and parameters controlling system functionality. The focus of this role is to minimize implementation risks through the development and adherence to IT change procedures. This role requires strong customer service skills and a desire to interact with non-technical staff from IT as well as other lines of business. Functions * Responsible for evaluating the internal technical needs of an organization and recommending solutions. * Define IT process workflows through meetings with stakeholders. * Develop automation in JavaScript to increase efficiency of various business and IT processes. * Responsible for serving as liaisons between business stakeholders and internal or vendor development resources to create enhancements or fixes based on business needs. * Develop the system and functional requirements and accurately document problems and resolutions. * Responsible for assessing available technologies to create development specifications as well as detailed test cases. * Analyze release notes to assist business owners and stakeholders in deciding on how new functionality might be used. * Assist with testing and analyze results. * Partner with end users to identify, evaluate, and communicate system incidents to appropriate technical resources for resolution. * Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's Degree in IT, MIS, Finance, Business or related field preferred. * Intermediate JavaScript. * Exposure to IT Service Management software (ServiceNow Preferred). * 3-5 years of technical experience. * Knowledge of user acceptance testing methodologies, principles, and practices of process development and implementation. * Familiar with troubleshooting internet connectivity and browser issues. * Strong verbal and written communication skills for a variety of audiences (both technical and non-technical). * Ability to analyze problems of a technical nature with high accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to accurately document problems and resolutions. * Ability to set goals and objectives, prioritize and plan work activities using time effectively, meet deadlines and commitments, and work independently with little or no directional guidelines from manager. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions * Office environment -- no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands. * Limited travel. No relocation is offered.
