Duties & Responsibilities:

Cultivate and nurture relationships with team members to deliver value-added services and position ourselves as the preferred retailer for our customers.
Innovate solutions that enhance our products and services, driving continuous improvement.
Execute the company's sales strategy with precision and efficiency.
Collaborate with various locations to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of products and services to meet customer specifications.
Drive sales growth by achieving specified targets.
Listen attentively to customer needs and preferences, adapting strategies accordingly.
Identify key influencers and decision-makers within customer relationships, fostering deeper connections.
Leverage sales technology effectively to monitor progress, update goals, and track results.
Contribute to the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy.
Manage customer complaints and conflicts with professionalism and effectiveness.

Forecast key account metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
