Create detailed reports from HRIS for company initiatives.
Ensure the financial integrity of HRIS data through regular audits, reconciliations, and updates.
Assist in the preparation, calculation, and distribution of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer queries promptly, maintaining a high level of service and confidentiality.
Act as the primary liaison between Human Resources and Finance, verifying financial data and coordinating updates to employee records.
Review discrepancy reports for benefits enrollments, terminations, and changes in employee records and make updates accordingly.
Maintain financial compliance in all transactions related to HR and payroll, adhering to internal controls and external legal requirements.
Keep precise financial records and documentation for audit purposes and compliance checks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field or 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with exposure to HR functions or payroll and benefits administration preferred.
Proficient in HRIS and financial software, with strong skills in data analysis and report generation (especially Excel).
Understanding of HR operations and how they intersect with finance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, capable of effective cross-departmental collaboration.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
