Overview:
As a Sr. PM in the Traffic practice at Quiddity, you will be involved in helping to build relationships, talent, market recognition and revenue opportunities for Quiddity in the Traffic and Transportation sectors.
Responsibilities:
Develop target account lists and develop qualified opportunities and targeted closings in a team selling environment
Increase Quiddity's brand awareness by participating in Social Selling initiatives, event participation, technical presentations, etc.
Assist Marketing and Business Development in creating project recognition and marketing
Provide technical leadership to existing Quiddity team members by developing and teaching technical training
Ensure implementation and execution of client communication protocol for all active and future projects
Ensure implementation and execution of Quiddity QMP for every active project involved with
Participate in project health plans for all projects where assigned as the PM
Maintain Project Level profitability for all projects and tasks managed
Grow top line revenue
Attend Client pursuit and project update meetings to gauge client satisfaction and to coach/mentor staff
Proactively pursue employee morale-building opportunities
Manage assigned projects P&L, Billing cycle and collections
Requirements
BS in Civil Engineering or Equivalent
More than 10+ years experience in Traffic & Transportation project management and leadership
Professional Engineer license in Texas
Excellent communication skills - written, spoken, presentations
