Overview
The Amazon Account Manager will build partnerships that will grow the OnePlus brand and drive sales. You will execute relevant account strategies and tactics that delight the customer while exceeding sales targets and overall business objectives. You will eagerly roll up your sleeves and dig into every detail and execute every action to drive our company’s objectives.
Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all Amazon account management matters for assigned accounts.
Work closely with Amazon to create account-specific plans, targets & sell-out programs to meet/exceed sales targets.
Analyze and report daily/weekly/monthly account sales data to leadership.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate training, marketing and communication plans with key partners both internal and external.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with all levels of Amazon teams to provide support as needed.
Collaborate with the Open Market team to identify and grow opportunities within the region.
Requirements
Qualifications
5-10 years of business development, account management, and/or sales experience with Amazon accounts.
Online consumer electronics sales experience
In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s business and operations as well as established relationships within the organization
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally, at all levels.
Proven presentation and partner management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a culture that relies on teamwork and communication.
A self-starting and resilient attitude and ability to navigate and execute through ambiguity.
