What You'll Be Doing

Project & Cost Management

Provide expert cost management services throughout all project stages.
Prepare and present cost estimates, feasibility studies, and cost plans.
Conduct cost-in-use studies to assess ongoing maintenance expenses.
Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
Manage the tendering process, including documentation, evaluation, and reporting.
Oversee valuations, payments, and final account settlements.
Offer technical advice on legal and contractual matters, including contract administration.Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Ensure cost management deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards.
Present clear and insightful reports to clients.
Support business growth by contributing to bid proposals and identifying opportunities.Leadership & Team Development

Mentor and coach team members to support their career growth.
Lead service delivery with a focus on quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Proactively identify and address project risks or challenges.What You Bring

Experience & Skills

Strong track record in cost management for major construction projects.
Experience in data centre construction is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of procurement, tendering, and contract strategies.
Knowledge of international construction standards and building contract legislation.
Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and financial management skills.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to lead and collaborate within a dynamic team environment.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a bonus.Qualifications

Degree or technical qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.What's in It for You?
