We are representing our client exclusively with an exciting opportunity to join their high-retention based team on part-time permanent basis.

You'll be an experienced bookkeeper with current and recent Purchase Ledger experience. Due to the nature of the company you'll be working with multiple businesses and be key part of handling a diverse portfolio of properties. This role is offered with flexible working hours of 3 full days a week 08:30 - 17:00 or 3-4 days post school/pre-school with hours of 09:30 - 15:30, 23 days annual leave (pro-rata) and a salary of up to £27,000 (FTE).

Your main responsibilities as a Purchase Ledger will include but not limited to:-
• Accurate data entry and all associated accounts administration
• Processing bank payments
• Purchase Ledger – processing incoming invoices for payment and allocation
• Processing internal recharges
• Occasional payroll
• Assisting management team with reports
• Bank reconciliations
• General administration, including handling accounts queries
• Cover for sales administration function.
