An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Order Processing Administrator to join a market leading organisation with global reach. 

My client is looking for a tech savvy administrator to join a fast-paced department processing sales order. 

I am looking for someone who is available immediately to start on a temporary basis, but looking for a long-term position as this role has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Duties for this role include but are not limited to:

End to end administration of the sales order process inclusive of raising and tracking purchase orders through to delivery.
Accurately recording information on internal system.
Delivering exceptional communication to all stakeholders including suppliers, internal departments and B2B customers.
Dealing with stock related queries and problem solving.
Extensive daily use of Excel including use of formulas and functions.

The successful Sales Administrator candidate for this role will have:

Solid experience within a similar role.

A positive approach with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to make informed decisions and work independently.
The ability to use their own initiative and take ownership of tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including competent use if Excel of at least intermediate level.
Strong interpersonal skills with the desire to develop and learn new skills.
The ability to work cohesively within the wider teams.
The ability to demonstrate delivery of high levels of customer service.
