Job Summary:

As a talented and dynamic Marketing Assistant within our team, you will show a passion for marketing be highly organized and have a creative flair. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the commercial team to support various marketing activities including content creation, social media management, email, and website management, print and digital design, affiliate marketing, reporting, copywriting, PR, photography, and editing.

The role is full time Mon-Fri core business hours at Head office in Leicestershire. Bright, modern offices in an Industrial estate with free parking.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

· Content Creation:

o Develop engaging and creative content for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, website, and print materials.

· Social Media Management:

o Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

o Create and schedule social media posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media analytics.

· Email and Website Management:

o Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns utilising Mailchip and other internal resources.

o Update and maintain website content including product pages, blog posts, and landing pages.

· Print and Digital Design:

o Design marketing materials for both print and digital platforms including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and digital ads.

· Affiliate Marketing:

o Assist in managing relationships with industry partners.

o Develop and implement strategies to grow our industry partner marketing program.

· Reporting:

o Track and analyze the performance of social media, email, and website campaigns.

o Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Copywriting and PR:

o Write compelling copy for marketing materials, press releases, and other PR initiatives.

o Ensure all copywriting and PR is in line with NOAH guidelines

· Photography and Editing:

o Capture high-quality photos and videos for use in marketing campaigns.

o Edit photos and videos as needed.

· Sales Team Support:

o Working alongside the commercial team assist in the production of material that assist in the sale of Nupsala’s products to achieve the revenue and growth targets set periodically.

· Shows and Exhibitions:

o Support in the creation of stands and exhibition material for industry events

o Together with the commercial team aid in the creation of CPD materials, POD casts and webinar events

o Ensure at all time the Nupsala brand is presented in line with Brand guidelines and leadership team expectations.

o Attend exhibitions and meetings as required and represent Nupsala in a professional manner, building the reputation and working to the standards set by the company.

· As and when required support the additional divisions of the Nupsala group those being VOA and MSK to help further elevate the Nupsala brand.

· Produce reports as required to members of the Leadership Team

· Deliver accurate and on-time admin tasks e.g. end of month documents including expenses

· Full responsibility for all Nupsala property assigned to you i.e. laptop/tablet, mobile etc

· Undertake additional tasks as defined by the Line Manager and/or the Leadership team
