Perks of the role:

* Shift pattern: Early/back, totalling 35 hours/week.

* Generous hourly rate of £20.10, including shift premium.

* Rotating early and back shifts (1 or 2-week rotation to be confirmed).

Primary Accountabilities:

* Precision machining of components using conventional and CNC Machine tools.

* Monitor machine operation for accuracy and address any malfunctions.

* Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure quality control.

* Maintain meticulous records of job card hours.

* Uphold high standards of safety and cleanliness as per company policy.

* Demonstrate autonomy and adaptability in multitasking.

* Conduct regular machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

* Collaborate with the wider team on ad-hoc tasks and projects.

* Handle customer information with utmost confidentiality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate, set up, and adjust CNC machining equipment.

* Program CNC machines to produce parts meeting specifications.

* Interpret engineering documentation accurately.

* Produce parts of moderate to high complexity with precision.

Qualifications:

* Recognised Engineering apprenticeship or relevant technical qualification.

* Proficiency in operating CNC machinery, particularly with Fanuc Controls.

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

* Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
