Electrician

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to join Doncaster Council’s Building Maintenance Team on an initial 6-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* To supply a service for the maintenance and repair of electrical installations and rewire of properties in the Authority throughout DMBC including schools.

* Carrying out full electrical refurbs, fitting fire alarms, upgrading the mains, stalling new SWA cables, and installing smart lighting.

* To carry out inspection and testing of electrical installations in accordance with BS7671.

* To be able to adapt to the needs of the service, in particular multi-skilling in other trades.

Requirements:

* City & Guilds Qualification

* Previous experience of electrical maintenance and repair

* Full UK Drivers Licence
