In this key role, you'll oversee the maintenance of material handling and production equipment across several UK sites. You'll be a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader focused on optimising the maintenance function to drive productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.
What do you do as the maintenance manager.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring equipment longevity.
Lead the health and safety strategy, fostering a safe work environment for your team.
Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with overall business goals.
Analyse maintenance data and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
Oversee a team of engineers (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic), ensuring they deliver maintenance activities on time, on budget, and to a high standard.What you'll need to apply for the maintenance manager position.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop the team.
Solid understanding of mechanical and hydraulic engineering principles.
Experience in developing and implementing maintenance plans.
Willingness to travel throughout the UK.What's on offer.
A competitive salary of £41,000 - £48,000 per year.
A car allowance of £3,500.
A bonus potential of up to 5%.
