Recruitment Resourcer

Due to expansion DCT Recruitment Ltd are looking for a permanent Resourcer to help work with our 360 Recruitmnet Consultants.

What are we looking for?

• Ambitious and driven individuals wanting to earn very good money to work within our Construction or Industrial department. Supporting the Labour and Trades or Industrial Consultant in finding suitable applicants to fill the roles we have in from our clients.
• High-achievers already working within a recruitment business who have a desire to work towards progressing within the recruitment industry.
• 1 year+ work experience within a Recruitment agency servicing clients, recruiting complaint applicants and conducting weekly payroll.

This represents a great opportunity for individuals who are new to the industry but are bright and driven to succeed as well as individuals with previous experience in a similar environment who are keen to develop their career within a well-established and expanding business, surrounded by professionals. You will be highly motivated, a good communicator at all levels, committed to outstanding levels of customer service and motivated by a real desire to succeed in a competitive market.

This role will have a bonus attached which is linked to the success of the section.
