Job Duties:

Provide specialised instruction to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs
Implement effective teaching strategies to support students' academic progress
Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Communicate with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in students' education

Required Qualifications:

Experience working with students with SEN
Understanding of SEN support strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:

Prior experience working as an SEN Tutor or in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of SEN teaching methods and techniques
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
Strong organisational skills
Patience and empathy when working with students with SEN

Working Conditions:

The role of SEN Tutor is temporary and requires working part-time hours. The work will be based in South East England, specifically in Horley, Surrey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
