MUST HAVE FIRM EXPERIENCE

* Position: Accountant
* Location: Reading
* Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
* Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000
Qualifications:
* Must be fully or part-qualified (ACA or ACCA).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience in a small to medium-sized accounting firm.
* Proven exposure to Audit, Tax, Consultancy, and VAT.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
