Due to recent expansion, my client is seeking a skilled Electrician to join the team.
Job Specification:
The ideal candidate for the Electrician position should possess a robust background in commercial and industrial electrical installations, showcasing proficiency in executing projects within these environments. They are seeking an individual who is not only adept at working independently or collaboratively as part of a team but is also comfortable undertaking extensive travel as part of the job requirements. A valid full UK driver's license is a prerequisite, as this role involves regular travel within the North-West Region and occasional national travel. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality electrical services to the diverse clientele, contributing to the continued success and growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute electrical installations, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
2. Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance requests.
3. Perform testing and inspection of electrical systems.
4. Collaborate with the broader team to deliver high-quality electrical solutions.
5. Adhere to health and safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Candidate Specification:
Essential Requirements:
1. Full UK Driver’s License
2. Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installations
3. 17th / 18th Edition
4. 2391 Test and Inspect Experience
5. Commercial and Industrial Installations
6. 18th Edition Certified
7. Comfortable carrying out electrical installations individually or as part of a team
8. PPM and Reactive Maintenance
9. Performing Test and Inspect
10. ECS Card
11. BPSS & SC Site Clearance
Desirable Requirements:
* IPAF an advantage but not essential
* PASMA an advantage but not essential
