Access Control Technical Support Engineer

Access Control Technical Support Engineer required. Our client is a global manufacturer who specialises in electronic gates and access controls security systems. They are now looking for a Technical Support Engineer due to the growth of the business.

Successful candidates will have an in-depth knowledge in access controls and will also provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance and provide resolutions to customers via email and telephone.

Access Control Technical Support Engineer Position Overview

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via telephone and email to resolve customer and partner issues.
Technical Support providing technical advice to external customers, internal and external staff.
Technical Files maintaining technical and drawing files on products
Maintain and update internal CRM Support ticket database accurately
Provide suggestions for improvement of practices within the Company

Access Control Technical Support Engineer Position Requirements

3+ years experience using access controls in a similar company/ position
Excellent customer service
Working knowledge of Microsoft office

Access Control Technical Support Engineer Position Remuneration

Salary: £30,000- £40,000 ( potential negotiation DOE)
Working hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm
Holiday package: 22 days + 8BH
