Requirements for the role:
- Applicants must be flexible, and able to work a key times of service delivery which includes mornings, afternoons and evenings and alternate weekends. We are also looking for weekend only workers to join us.
- Caring and compassionate towards people in need of care.
- Excellent reliability.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to support people with all aspects of their daily living in a manner that respects their dignity, is non-judgmental and promotes their independence, choices and privacy.
- Ability to prioritize workloads effectively so customers receive the services they expect.
- Ability to maintain clear written and electronic records and to follow statutory reporting procedures.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures and instructions.
