Are you a skilled BIM/CAD professional seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth? We're looking for someone like you to join our team in Billericay. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in our digitalization project and help drive innovation in passive fire protection.

Responsibilities:

* Develop templates and source documents for internal use.

* Contribute to our digitalization project by providing input, testing, and questions.

* Lead the digitalization of BIM within our organization.

* Collaborate closely with the Information Manager on CDE and data aspects.

* Ensure BIM policies and CAD elements are up to date.

* Coordinate effectively with external CAD partners.

* Explore and implement new digitalization methodologies in the BIM environment.

* Work with the IT team to develop internal processes and solutions for BIM-related needs.

* Mentor and develop the team, including off-site resources.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in Revit, CAM-DUCT, AutoCAD/Inventor, and Navisworks.

* Experience in MEP or highly regulated industries (e.g., Nuclear, Pharmaceuticals).

* Desirable: BIM-related qualification.
