We support a female client with clinical needs, a learning disability and autistic tendencies. We are looking for a Support Worker that is available from 07.00 – 17.00 each day to support our client who enjoys going to the day centre, with all medical and personal care needs. You will be an experienced Support Worker who is committed, caring, enthusiastic, can actively engage and provide full interaction, to enable our client to lead a full and active life.

You will need some experience …
