Location: Southwold and surrounding villages
Salary: £31,746, dependant on experience
Employment type: Full-time
Salary additions: Comprehensive and innovative benefits package
Flexibility required to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.
What our client needs:
Our client is seeking an experienced Events Manager to join the team and take charge of developing, organising, and managing the events program. You will play a pivotal role in showcasing the full potential of our client's fabulous hotel, ensuring that every customer experience exceeds expectations. From the initial enquiry stage to the execution of the event, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and cost-effectiveness of each event, delighting customers every step of the way.
As the Events Manager, you will:
- Develop and drive the events program with a hands-on approach, ensuring it aligns with our hotel's vision and goals.
- Create memorable experiences for the guests by delivering exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring they are successful and cost-effective.
- Maintain a strong presence and leadership within the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence by adhering to the values and following established processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
