They are currently seeking a Supervisor to join the team and deliver the exceptional dining & drinking experience that their customers return for time and time again.  We are seeking a strong individual with previous hospitality experience who is ready to take the next step into a managerial role. The establishment is a vibrant pub/restaurant known for its exceptional service and inviting atmosphere.

Location: Southwold and surrounding villages
Salary: £11.97
Employment type: Full-time
Salary additions: Comprehensive and innovative benefits package
Flexibility required to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.

Role Overview:  As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service. Our client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hands-on, and a natural leader. You will have the opportunity to contribute new ideas, run shifts from the front, and ensure operational standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, train, and develop younger members of the team.

Lead by example and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service.

Work on the floor and behind the bar as needed.

Secure the premises and close the tills on occasion.

Build rapport with guests and manage their expectations.

Requirements:

Previous hospitality experience is essential, with a desire to progress into a managerial role.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Flexibility to work varied shifts and cover different roles within the establishment.

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to build rapport with guests and ensure their satisfaction.
