Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Project overview: My client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for two major infrastructure projects in Norfolk. The projects involves construction of a new bridge, junction enhancements, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full life-cycle of the project from conception to completion
Oversee procurement processes, including low-value to full sub-contract packages
Handle subcontract management, utilities diversion, and highways packages
Supervise and mentor 1-2 Quantity Surveyors
Utilise CEMAR, Fastdraft, and Orbit systems for project managementKey Requirements:

Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects
Proficiency in NEC 3 or 4 contracts (A, B, and C)
Strong procurement skills across various package values
