Tate are working with a local authority in their search for an experienced Solicitor to work in their Property Planning and Transport Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealing with complex large scale acquisitions and disposals with the ability to advise on a range of property issues including development documentation, conditional agreements for building leases and other conditional documents for the disposal of regeneration sites.
Draft and review complex sale agreements (conditional and unconditional), overage deeds, options, pre-emption agreements etc.The work involved requires adaptability, producing work to tight deadlines and managing conflicting priorities with ease.

Essential experience / Qualifications:

Qualification to practice as a solicitor or barrister.
Ability to advise on a range of property issues such as development documentation, conditional agreements for building leases and other conditional documents without supervision.
Experience of drafting and reviewing complex sale agreements.
