Operations Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, Operations Manager, ideally someone who has a proactive mindset to oversee day-to-day operations of this exciting and evolving franchise. You will be overseeing the outlets and pop ups in the Southwest/ West London area whist being instrumental in the winning and mobilisation of new customer sites.
While a culinary and catering background is preferred for insight into employee tasks, this role focuses on overseeing rather than hands on! The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced fast-food franchises, particularly as Area or Operations Managers. Presentation skills and confidence in presenting is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing all aspects of team management, training, performance evaluations, managing sickness, attendance records, and processing annual leave requests.
* Efficiently managing operational costs to align with departmental budgets and conducting accurate cost calculations.
* To ensure stock control / taking is conducted monthly in each location.
* To manage Direct Reports to identify and implement changes in customer service and product offers to maximise revenue
* To organise Manager and Supervisor meetings to communicate and develop positive working relationships between all areas of the business
* To manage and support the requirement for the outlet teams to conduct all their working practices in accordance with the Food Hygiene, Health & Safety legislation, and company policies.
* To support the sales efforts of the senior management team by presenting at new client opportunities
* To assist and often lead the mobilisation of new sites from concept to deliver and opening.
Skills Requirements
* Proven leadership skills of at least 5 years in an operational management role in the catering sector.
* Can demonstrate growth in previous roles for both increased revenue for exiting sites and acquisition of new clients.
* Experience must be gained ideally in a franchise environment or contract caterer.
* Must have advanced food hygiene certificate of equivalent
