DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Salary: £27,038 per annum (£45,063 1FTE) + benefits (pension, flexi-time, 25 days’ paid holiday pro rata)

Hours: 21.75 hours per week

We are currently seeking an inspiring and dynamic individual to join our leadership team as Deputy CEO. At Devon Communities Together, we are committed to enhancing the quality of life in rural communities through a diverse range of impactful programmes. As Deputy CEO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organisation, working closely with our CEO and Board of Trustees to deliver our mission and vision. We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic individual to lead Devon Communities Together’s operational delivery. Do you have proven experience in a senior leadership role within the VCSE sector, strong strategic thinking and operational management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities and a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams? The post will include monitoring and evaluating against organisational targets, developing internal systems to improve efficiency, supporting staff wellbeing and inclusive working practices and maintenance of quality standards alongside developing and sustaining key partnerships.
