Pre-Construction Manager

We are recruiting for a Senior Bid Manager to join a regional team in Surrey.

You will focus on winning submissions for projects, leading first-stage & second stage tenders, managing the whole process and you will be responsible for preparing high-quality bids that will impress customers and clients. You will have a passion for creating high quality bids and ideally you will have worked in construction & for a Tier 1 contractor.

Day to day duties will look like:

Motivate and inspire the team to get the best from the whole team
Check progress and support the bid team members
Provide feedback to bid team members about their performance on the bid
Lead the bid strategy
Understand the entire bid process
Be accountable for everything that goes into the bid
