Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Packaging Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting experiments and testing related to packaging materials and processes. The Junior Packaging Technician will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the packaging department.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct experiments and testing to evaluate packaging materials and processes

- Assist in the development and implementation of new packaging solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets quality standards

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in packaging processes

- Maintain accurate records of testing procedures and results

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Engineering)

- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus
