The Opportunity

To continue our regional strategic growth plans, we’re seeking a talented individual to join us as Recruitment Consultant at our well-established operation in Totton, Southampton.

Key elements of the role will include:

* Meet and exceed the expectations of clients with their recruitment needs.

* Provide account management services and solutions.

* Manage and develop outstanding client and candidate relationships.

* Actively participate in new business development activities

* Undertake effective candidate sourcing, helping drive candidate attraction and engagement.

* Contribute to wider business projects, including the review and implementation of AI and technology to enhance existing recruitment processes.

* £25-£35k (depending on experience) + monthly paid commission scheme

What are we looking for?

* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

* Proactive and results driven, able to deal with and prioritise a variety of tasks.

* Previous experience in recruitment consultancy or working within a sales/business development or a commercial role.

* Good IT and systems skills

* A current UK driving licence.

* Passion for recruitment and delivering great customer service

Although this is an office based role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, we’re a supportive and collaborative business, able to offer some flexibility on working, on agreement with the Regional Business Manager…
