We seek an experienced cook to work in a busy, local community centre in central Bognor Regis.

Working on an ad-hoc basis to cover sickness and holidays you would be required to manage all aspects of a busy kitchen

Typically you would be working 08:30 – 14:30

You will have additional kitchen assistance from a volunteer for basic food preparation, but your role would be to cook and

Prepare a range of breakfasts, dinner and lunchtime /deli treats (sausage rolls and pastries), sandwiches

You would need to prepare jacket potatoes, fillings and other main lunches like shepherd’s pies etc,

They can have upto 25 covers over the lunchtime period, the lunch option is a main and pudding,

This is a really friendly community centre but the role is busy, you must be an experienced cook able to think on your feet as
