Multi-Trade Plasterer – Based out of Bristol covering Bath
Full Time – 40 hours per week
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 p/a + company van & fuel card with PPE

They cover all aspects of social housing property repairs, including responsive, planned, void maintenance and dis-repairs contracts.

Your Responsibilities:
* Undertake responsive, routine repairs and void repairs to social housing properties
* A wide variety of plastering, carpentry and plumbing repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and vacant properties
* The work will include
* Wet trade plastering
* Fitting of various types of internal doors
* First and second fixing
* Kitchen and bathroom fitting
* Repairing minor leaks
* Replacing sanitary wear
* Tiling
* Patch plastering repairs
* Non-licenced asbestos removal (where full training will be given)
The successful candidate will have:
* A technical background and NVQ Level 2-3 in plastering/bricklaying or equivalent
* A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (responsive, void, planned)
* Full, UK driving licence
