This super prime residential refurbishment specialist has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the business with a long term, progressive role in mind.
This is a brilliant career opportunity to join a small, dynamic company that are seeing successful growth with a clear available path to a Directorship.
For this Senior Quantity Surveyor position, you will have a stable and clearly defined track record within the high-end prime refurbishment sector. The projects here range from £1m to £20m in value and are at the highest end of quality finishing and furnishings.
Although the initial role is Senior Quantity Surveyor, the company owner has a clear path for this individual to take full control of the commercial side of the business and the individual should have a goal of becoming the Commercial Director within time.
Initially you will be fully responsible for all day-to-day Surveying duties on the current projects so must have experience of running multiple projects before. You may have come from a larger business and been at a Managing Quantity Surveyor level or near to stepping into that role from a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
