Bridging Underwriter Required
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate bridging loan applications, considering factors such as income, credit history, and assets.
* Analyse creditworthiness and make lending decisions in line with company policies.
* Collaborate with Sales and Underwriting teams to ensure efficient loan processing.
* Manage the entire lending process from application through to drawdown.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Bridging Underwriter.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of bridging finance products and industry regulations.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
